At Scented Birdie, every item is proudly handcrafted in the UK. We know you are excited to receive your new signature scents, which is why we process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible from our studio in Bolton.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and crafted within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or limited scent drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. UK Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates for all our UK customers based on the size and weight of your items. Your exact shipping charge will always be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

• Lightweight Items (Single Hoover Discs & Paper Air Fresheners): £1.99

• Standard UK Delivery (Diffusers, Bottles, & Mixed Orders): £3.99

• Express UK Delivery (1-2 Business Days): £5.99

Please note: If your order contains a mix of lightweight items and standard items, the £3.99 flat rate will apply.

3. Free Shipping Promotion

We are thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25. This discount is automatically applied at checkout when your cart subtotal (after any other discounts are applied) reaches the £25 threshold.

4. International Shipping

We are thrilled to offer international shipping! Because our premium Scented Birdie perfumes and diffusers are uniquely formulated to be water-based and 100% alcohol-free, they can be safely and legally shipped anywhere in the world.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Scented Birdie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, this email will contain a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@scentedbirdie.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Local Pickup

Because our studio is a private manufacturing space, we do not currently offer local pickup or collection in Bolton. All orders will be shipped directly to your door.
